Terms & Conditions
Dear Parent / Guardian
Thank you for choosing to hold your child’s party with us here at Cheeky Monkeys.
We would like you to take a few minutes of your time to read the Party terms and conditions listed below.
1) A deposit of £10 is required for all parties with up to 10 children attending and £20 for parties with over 10 children attending.
2) Any deposit is non refundable. You may change the date or time of your party (subject to availability) without losing your deposit if done so at least 72 hours prior to the party day. Any time after that, or cancellation will result in your deposit being lost.
3) Balance of payment is due within 72 hours of the day of the party. This will give you enough time to finalise numbers attending. Any alterations after this time are still chargeable and subject to availability.
4) A complimentary cake is provided from Cheeky Monkeys for parties of 8 or more children. Please note that the cake is only a small one and will serve up to 8 children only. Additional cakes are available, but will be charged for. Please order at time of booking.
5) All children attending the party will be required to wear socks. Please mention this on any invitations you are sending out. Socks are available behind the Cheeky Monkeys entrance and are chargeable at £1 per pair. (Subject to availability)
6) Platinum parties will require a minimum of 10 children to attend.
7) A 2 hour slot is allocated for your party. Please ensure your guests arrive at the allocated time, and that you vacate the tables once your time slot has finished in order for us to prepare for any other party bookings after yours.
8) Other terms and conditions apply, and are not limited to the above.
9) Empire Amusements retains the right to alter / amend any terms and condition
